I thought you might like to see our apartment in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
We rent it from a guy in California.
The garage is not part of the rental agreement, as he has a quite large cigar boat stored in there!!
Our landlord uses this place in the summer. They spend all their time down at the lake or on the Colorado River boating.
This is a win-win situation, we rent in the winter, and the rent takes care of condo fees and taxes, and they have their property for summer fun.
(Any one want to rent a lovely cottage in northern Wisconsin for a few months? All the ice fishing, snowmobiling and shoveling you can handle!!! There are a few ski hills within a few hours of the place!! Any takers?)

It is a perfect place to hang our hats when we're not out doing other things!!!
