Around noon, my friend Deb called me. Last year there was a cactus that had an unusual shape! (Well -- to us old ladies and wild imaginations; it did!)
The nature of Deb's call was to let me know that this unusual shaped cactus was blooming.
It had four blooms today.
Each bloom would only last twenty-four hours.
This afternoon I walked over to Deb's condo complex and took photos.
I think the close ups are stunning.
I don't know what kind of cactus it is but I think the blooms are beautiful.
Don't you agree?
And that's the way it is...................
really is beautiful! laughed at your 'before' shot. :)
ReplyDeleteYes, I certainly do agree!! Beautiful. So glad you captured them, since they only last 24 hours. Really lovely.
ReplyDeleteThose are gorgeous and unusual. Almost look like a rose.
ReplyDeleteThose were everywhere in this park for a while, so sad that the blossoms only last a day. People here called them Easter cactus.
