Spring in the Desert

In the summer when the temps reach 110 and higher,
 the desert can be quite unforgiving.  
The spring blooms are unbelievable.
I'm enjoy the beauty of the southwest!!!








And that's the way it is................

    lovely! really like the deep fuschia prickly pear! we get the yellows, here.

    I'm going to honestly say, your photos are AWESOME!! I know cactus bloom, however I haven't seen these beautiful colors before! All the blooms are exquisite! Thanks for sharing this side of your vacation... It is truly a delight!
