Going Home

We finally had to leave sunny Arizona for snowy Wisconsin.  Yesterday we took a lesser traveled highway, north from Flagstaff  through Utah.  I did manage to get a few neat shots I am sharing with you.

Today, we are waiting a bit in Grand Junction Colorado for it to warm up.  It's 25 here, and colder in Denver.  Denver had snow yesterday, and our winter driving skills are pretty dull!!!

Getting reports from Wisconsin that Mother Nature is throwing a party including confetti to welcome us back home.

Meanwhile, enjoy my photos from yesterday!!!

It was a bit windy, this was the only area (about 500 feet) that we experienced a dust storm.

Rain clouds ahead, made for an interesting picture

This formation is called 'Mexican Hat'.

Traveling along the Colorado River.

This one says it all...."

And that's the way it is..............

  19. Taking the less traveled road~that's the way we like to ride too. What beautiful country we have in our America. I've never understood why people want to leave the country~to each our own, right! We've yet to travel along the Colorado River. It's gorgeous. Yesterday we got another couple inches of that
' confetti ' but the rains that followed put a quick end to it. Have a wonderful trip home. Do take your time. It's looking stormy for another week.
    WELCOME HOME!!!!
