Railroad tracks are like the adventure of life. One never knows where our paths will lead us. Will it be the smooth shiny side, or the dull side of the track, with a few imperfections along the way?

Granny Daze 2012
This past week was so much fun, as the cousins got to know each other better.
One day we went to the beach. I didn't get photos of the older two as they took off for deeper waters.
Another day we took the atv's along the Wolf River.
We just had to get rides on "Big Bertha"
We saved the best for last. On Friday we all went to Green Bay, namely Bay Beach Amusement Park. It is part of the city park system, and most rides are only 50 cents. Again, the older two took off for the Zippen Pippen (a wooden roller coaster that the park system purchased from Memphis. It has been said that it was Elvis's favorite roller coaster, and rode it often) The younger grands were very photogenic on the Merry Go Round!!
Friday afternoon brought tearful good bye's as they got in their parent's cars and went home, hopefully remembering all the fun we had this past week. Whew................ I'm wiped!!!
And that's the way it is............................
"One ought, ever day at least, to hear a little song, read a good poem, see a fine picture, and, if it were possible, to speak a few reasonable words."
What is cooler than getting to enjoy our cousins. Looks like a great time was had and I loved the blue tongue shot. Matched her shirt.
